PURCHASING
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line catalogues, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept all major credit or debit card payments. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are dispatched. You may send your credit or debit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet via our guaranteed secure server.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Deliveries within the U.K. will be via our agents Interlink Express or Royal Mail and will be charged as per our shipping charges. Any orders exceeding £99 will be carriage paid. Orders within the U.K. will be shipped within 1-5 working days. Overseas orders will be sent via Geopost and will reach you within 1-6 days dependent on location (see shipping charges for more details). Please note all despatch costs will be confirmed prior to shipping.

BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

AVAILABILITY
All goods offered are subject to availability and Ace Golf Balls reserve the right to withdraw any item without notice. Occasionally we will sell out of an item of stock and may receive orders before we can update the website. If you order an item that is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You can request to see and check your information we have at anytime by emailing us. If any details are incorrect we will delete them or amend them. All information is kept within the EEA (European Economic Area).

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. Only the data provided by you during the ordering process is collated (name, address, credit card details). This information is solely used for the process and dispatch of your purchased goods.

'Cookies' are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. The cookies are stored on your computer as a text file. RETURNS POLICY
Cancelling your order. You have the right to cancel your order upto 14 days after you receive the goods. This period starts the following day after receiving the goods. We ask you to return the goods in their original condition securely wrapped. You must also pay the postage for returning the goods. You will be refunded the cost of the goods and the initial cost of shipping the goods to you (assuming that the value of the goods did not exceed the £99 carriage paid value), in the same method as the original payment was made. If payment of the goods is not made it will be deducted from the value of the refund. If the goods are not returned after cancellation, they will be collected at your expense. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning goods please include a note with your name and address along with the reason for return and any requests or comments. Wrap the parcel securely and return to the address below. We suggest using Royal Mail Recorded delivery to send the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit to us. If a refund is made, it will be done by the same method you used to pay the original transaction.
