The journey of an Ace Golf Ball begins on more than 200 golf courses worldwide. Our teams collect lost balls from fairways, bunkers, and water hazards before sending them through our industrial cleaning system. At the rate of 40,000 balls per hour, powerful washers and dryers restore their shine.
After an overnight soak in a specially developed solution, the balls are palletised and shipped to our Wiltshire distribution centre. There, thousands of balls are unloaded into giant holding bins before the crucial next step: sorting and grading.
Our expert graders, working under bright white lights, carefully inspect and separate every ball by hand. Balls are classified by brand, grade, and type, ensuring that only the very best make it into your order.
